Our clinic is led by a State and National Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Jose Alton Arevalo) and a Medical Doctor. Our Medical Providers have a vast background in nutrition, fitness, wellness, supplementation, weight loss, Diabetes Education and Management, nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics, as well as functional medicine with a holistic approach. We strive to find the root of the problem versus only masking the symptoms. Our providers collaborate together to provide an obtainable lifestyle change to eliminate the source all together.
